Our beef is 100% pasture fed, and we use prime Wagyu over our Angus cattle. Our full-blood Wagyu bulls are based on the three main Japanese bloodlines of Tajima, Fujiyoshi and Kedaka. All our full-blood Wagyu are registered with the Australian Wagyu Association.
There are two main Wagyu Sires used over our Angus.
Kedaka line formed in the Tottori prefecture. They exhibit high growth.
Descendants of Tajiri. A sire born in 1939 in the Mikata district of the Hyogo prefecture. The Tajima line has outstanding genetic excellence of meat but has a smaller frame and low growth rate. Good temperament, famous for the names of ‘Kobe-Beef’ or ‘Matsuzaka Beef’.
